IDEATE university partners make the following commitments:
Inclusive courses: Modify technology courses, with a focus on introductory courses, to make them more inclusive.
Interdisciplinary: Develop and/or promote interdisciplinary programs combining technology with other fields.
K-12 outreach: Engage with outreach programs for K-12 students and teachers to build a more diverse pipeline of students.
Recruitment: Recruit to increase staff and student diversity.
Belonging: Build and nurture belonging among diverse staff and students.
