She Belongs – Kim Jackson Scholarship Program
Presented by Dr Fiona Scotty at the IDEATE Summit 2025, the Kim Jackson Scholarship Program implements actions under the three pillars of Belonging, Leadership, and Confidence for a group of young women from regional and rural Australia to study engineering with scholarship support.
Fiona then workshopped programs or activities that support women in male-dominated areas to foster confidence and belonging. Outcomes are summarised below.
